About the Role

As a Warehouse Operations Specialist at Edwards Lifesciences, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless receipt and transfer of materials to support continuous production and shipping of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive material requisitions, locate materials, verify lots, and pack materials for dispatch
  • Perform packaging and create pick lists for outbound shipments
  • Receive materials into the warehouse, perform visual inspections, and store goods safely
  • Deliver materials to the transfer area on time and adhere to clean room protocols
  • Participate in monthly inventory cycle counts and annual physical inventory counts
  • Review and follow established work instructions and SOPs

Requirements:

  • Secondary education preferred; no prior experience required, but warehouse experience and forklift operation are beneficial
  • Basic computer skills with working knowledge of software such as JDE, TRAX, and Forwarder
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to read, interpret, and comprehend policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with Edwards Environmental Health and Safety guidelines
