This is a unique opportunity to join Pfizer as an Artwork Specialist, responsible for coordinating artwork change control logistics across multiple departments. As a key member of our team, you will ensure timely implementation of regulatory requirements and minimize disruptions to product supply.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate content of labeling updates and raise potential issues with relevant stakeholders to minimize impact on schedules.
- Initiate Pfizer Artwork Requests (PARs) in collaboration with assigned markets, ensuring correct attributes and regulatory documents are included.
- Coordinate with GRO GLM/IL functions, GRA/PCOs, and PGS PCOs to document agreement on artwork timelines and escalate any issues within ALIM functional line or relevant leadership.
- Demonstrated experience with document management tools, business analytic tools, and document review software.
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field.
