About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Supervisor to lead our Global Digital Collections & Loss Management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution. Your expertise in digital payments, e-commerce, and team management will be essential in developing and implementing effective solutions to meet our business objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who manage the chargeback and consumer collections processes. You will also work closely with our Technology and Product teams to develop and implement new processes and technologies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Your Key Responsibilities
