The Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to join our team and play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of all purchased deliverables for our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans in Mavenlink to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Work closely with our Client Success Managers to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to drive client engagement.
- Manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring all contract entitlements are in Mavenlink and proactively actioning them with the client.
- Continuously assess potential risks and issues, maintaining risk and issue logs and contingency plans.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 9+ years of Project Management experience, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in Mavenlink project management tool and eLearning projects or development of SAAS projects.
- Excellent organization and communication skills, with a strong interest in the eLearning domain.
- Able to manage and coordinate multiple teams and projects, with a focus on delivering great client service.
