Job Overview

The Facilities Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office space. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage access cards and welcome visitors
  • Identify and address maintenance needs
  • Liaise with the landlord/property management office
  • Coordinate office and parking space allocation
  • Point of contact for Zoom equipment issues

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; associate's degree a plus
  • 1-2 years experience working in an administrative or facilities role
