About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Generation and Client Acquisition Manager to join our team at FusionHit. As a Senior Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Continuously assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Developer or in a similar role, specifically focused on lead generation for IT staff augmentation services in the USA market.
  • In-depth understanding of the IT staff augmentation industry, market dynamics, and key players in the market.
  • Proven ability to identify, engage, and convert leads into clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to communicate the value proposition effectively.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish connections and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet targets within specified deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software for lead tracking, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets and contributing to business growth.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • High level of English (C1 - C2).
  • Excellent communication skills.
