- ** Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Developer or in a similar role, specifically focused on lead generation for IT staff augmentation services in the USA market.
- ** Industry Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the IT staff augmentation industry, market dynamics, and key players in the market.
- ** Sales Skills**: Proven ability to identify, engage, and convert leads into clients.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to communicate the value proposition effectively.
- ** Networking**: Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish connections and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers.
- ** Self-motivated**: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet targets within specified deadlines.
- ** Communication Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely in English.
- ** CRM Experience**: Proficient in using CRM software for lead tracking, reporting, and pipeline management.
- ** Results-Driven**:Track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets and contributing to business growth.
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- High level of English (C1 - C2).
- Excellent communication skills.
**You will be responsible for**:

- ** Leads Generation**: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop a targeted list of prospects.
Utilize various channels such as online platforms, networking, and referrals to generate qualified leads.
- ** Client Acquisition**: Develop and execute effective strategies to engage prospects, build rapport, and convert leads into clients.
Conduct compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- ** Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Serve as the main point of contact, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
Continuously assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- ** Collaboration**: Collaborate with the internal team, including recruiters, delivery managers, and executives, to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to service delivery.
Provide insights and feedback to enhance service offerings and improve client satisfaction.
- ** Reporting and Analytics**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and pipeline status.
Generate regular reports and share insights with the management team to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed business decisions.
