We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Training and Quality Excellence Coordinator at Dwellworks Costa Rica Ltd.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs and quality assurance processes that meet the needs of our employees and customers. Your primary goal will be to improve employee performance, increase customer satisfaction, and drive business growth through exceptional quality and training initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and quality assurance, with excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance our training programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, including digital presentations, manuals, and videos.
- Design and implement effective training programs and procedures to ensure employee understanding and adherence.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate regularly with employees, managers, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on training initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, training, or a related field).
