About the Role
As a Sr. CAD Data Specialist at Boston Scientific Corporation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful migration of MCAD/ECAD data.
With your expertise in CAD data management and quality practices, you will work closely with cross-functional groups to develop migration strategies, train design teams, and resolve issues that arise during the migration process.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document MCAD/ECAD migration strategies with cross-functional groups
- Train design teams on newly developed processes for MCAD/ECAD and data management
- Collaborate with IT during laptop rollout for acquired resources
- Track and document weekly progress for migration efforts
- Resolve issues/strategy/timeline changes as they arise
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical/Design Engineering or related field
- 5-7 years' experience in related fields with 3-5 years CAD experience
- Strong technical proficiency in CAD data management and quality CAD data practices
- Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to develop solutions for complex MCAD/ECAD data remediation challenges
