Advanced Data Insights Specialist

**Role Overview**

We are seeking an accomplished data insights specialist to join our team at Stryker, a leading medical technology company.

**Key Responsibilities**

As an Advanced Data Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated reporting solutions for leadership. This includes preparing and distributing scheduled business reporting and ad hoc solutions, identifying and supporting business needs, and recommending solutions that integrate with existing data and technical solutions.

You will effectively communicate and present complex analytics to stakeholders and customers using Power BI related tools to analyze data and report out results for process improvements. Designing and implementing automated reporting dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across multiple divisions is also a key responsibility.

In addition, you will implement connections to automated data sets, identify actionable insights, and suggest recommendations to influence the direction of the business and cross-functional teams.

You will support development and maintenance of internal procedures and documentation that encompass the full lifecycle of data analytics-related activities. Ensuring adherence to established business and data processes is crucial in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field, along with +5 years of work experience related to data analytics activities.

A working knowledge of business intelligence and analytics platforms, programming languages (Python or R preferred), databases and data warehouses, project management tools, and software development environments is required. Experience in supply chain is a plus.
