Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at Experian. As a key member of our Data Management Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of consumer data furnished by our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor data furnishers' activity to ensure compliance with Experian's reporting standards.
- Establish and evaluate trend analysis on assigned data furnishers based on reported data performance.
- Perform manual data reviews to evaluate actual reported data records in real-time.
- Analyze positive and negative reporting trends and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and implement corrective action remediation plans for data furnishers not meeting Experian's reporting requirements.
- Enforce formalized procedures around the Data Furnisher Monitoring policy.
- Conduct and administer review audits of assigned data furnishers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, mathematics, or statistics with a focus on risk analysis.
- Experience with SQL or SAS.
- Proficiency in data monitoring tools such as Tableau or other software monitoring tools.
- Basic project management knowledge and experience in a SCRUM environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with stakeholders.
