Key Responsibilities:
- Handle physical documents stored in offsite storage and/or local office file rooms, once scanned locally
- Perform monthly completeness checks according to established process
- Build and provide reporting regarding team & individual activities
- Serve as a senior team member able to provide mentorship and training to junior team members
Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Related experience in the financial industry is a plus
- 2-3 years of professional work experience
- Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
