Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Communications Associate, People and Culture Specialist to join our compact internal communications team at LSEG's headquarters in London. As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will play a critical role in executing and delivering exceptional communications that reflect our strategic priorities and culture.
Responsibilities- Channel management: Collaborate with the Senior Manager, People & Culture communications to develop and implement communication strategies for the Chief People Officer, including the People Leader newsletter and HR Town Halls.
- Scheduling: Manage the communications planning and scheduling process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Formatting: Ensure all communications are well-formatted and visually appealing.
- Content planning: Support the People & Culture comms team to create fresh, compelling, and engaging content that meets the needs of diverse audience groups.
- Design: Take the lead in producing content in Microsoft PowerPoint for briefings and presentations.
- Multi-media content: Work with our Content Studio to develop assets that support People & Culture campaigns.
- Measurement: Lead the analysis and interpretation of metrics to inform comms planning and make recommendations for improvement.
- Internal communications experience gained from global organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to write for different audience groups.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think up and execute new ideas.
- Collaboration mindset with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including healthcare, retirement planning, paid volunteering days, and wellbeing initiatives.
