Job Role

This role provides an excellent opportunity to join our IT team as an IT Specialist supporting our GBS team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our users, working collaboratively with team members with different backgrounds and perspectives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users.
  • Design and develop models and materials used for analysis and solution development.
  • Develop documentation and other aids to assist users with installation, maintenance, and operating procedures.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Technology Management with 5+ years of equivalent work experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Broad knowledge of IT software/hardware and systems to understand inter-dependencies within service provision and anticipate problem areas.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in any other languages is an asset.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment.
  • The ability to operate in a rapidly changing, complex, and technical environment.
