Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe O365 Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and supporting all components of the Office 365 systems. This includes management of End User Productivity (EUP) infrastructure projects, platforms and L3 support as necessary.
- Implement long-term process improvements using deep platform knowledge in assigned technologies.
- Manage administration function.
- Develop strong PowerShell scripting skills.
- Work in a hybrid Exchange environment.
- Utilize Skype for Business Online.
- Employ Office Online.
- Manage Azure Active Directory.
- Use SharePoint Online.
- Apply OneDrive for Business.
- Maintain Enterprise Mobility and Security.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Knowledge and implementation experience of deploying other O365 Functionality, e.g. Teams, Planner, Flow, Groups, etc.
- Timely support for a stable, secure global collaboration & communications platform following internal methodologies, processes and standards.
- Leadership in keeping current with existing and emerging technologies, providing input to technology roadmaps.
- Coordination and management of escalation with Microsoft support.
- Problem resolution coordination with teams, vendors and partners as needed.
- Participation in various projects: strategic and operational initiatives.
- Creation of scripts which will automate most feasible routine tasks.
- Documentation of processes and procedures for maintenance and support.
