Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the end-to-end hiring process, including assigning recruiters and sourcers to requisitions, ensuring job description formatting meets company standards, and scheduling phone and on-site interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign recruiters and sourcers to requisitions based on global support alignment matrix
  • Ensure job description formatting meets company standards
  • Schedule phone and on-site interviews
  • Facilitate and monitor background and pre-employment checks to completion
  • Launch new hires onboarding and first day instructions ensuring onboarding success
  • Leverage tools to aide in process to accommodate language and time zones considerations
  • Comply with all legal and professional standards and ensure they are followed during the employment process (i.e. applicant tracking/data entry)

Reporting Requirements:

  • Generate weekly recruitment report and daily scheduled interviews report
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting as needed

Talent Acquisition Correspondence:

The Recruitment Operations Specialist will also be responsible for managing talent acquisition correspondence, including responding to candidate inquiries and communicating with internal stakeholders.

Additional Duties:

  • Manage Employee Referral Program
  • Schedule Pre/Post Calibration Meetings for supervisor and above roles
  • Liaison for 3rd party vendors (e.g. Background, Relocation, Immigration and Agencies)

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • High School Graduate required
