Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing accounting systems that meet audit standards and improve efficiency. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to support the migration of O2C processes from countries throughout the Americas to San Jose, Costa Rica.
- You will review client credit limit status and recommend changes to limits.
- You will act as a senior team member, developing skills and knowledge of junior analysts.
- You will identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the O2C function.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial shared service center supporting multiple countries/business units.
- Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in O2C functions in a shared services environment.
- Ability to work in culturally diverse teams with many levels of personnel.
