Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Auditor to join our team at Te Connectivity. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing accounting systems, as well as maintaining existing ones.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain one or more accounting systems, including Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc.
  • Design operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency.
  • Support migration of O2C processes from countries throughout the Americas to San Jose, Costa Rica.
  • Prepare O2C related process documentation, including process maps and work instructions.
  • Research and solve payment discrepancies and monitor customer accounts details for non-payments and delayed payments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a financial shared service center supporting multiple countries / business units.
  • University graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in finance & accounting functions in a shared services environment.
  • Ability to work in culturally diverse teams with many levels of personnel.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems.
