Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Analyst I to join our team at Te Connectivity. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing accounting systems, as well as maintaining existing ones.
Your Responsibilities
- Migrate O2C processes from countries throughout the Americas to San Jose, Costa Rica.
- Prepare O2C related process documentation, including process maps and work instructions.
- Perform cash collection processing, including sending reminders and communicating with customers.
- Monitor customer accounts details for non-payments and delayed payments.
- Research and solve payment discrepancies.
- Assist in Credit Management activities, including aging analysis and dunning process.
- Review clients credit risk and limit status.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a financial shared service center supporting multiple countries / business units.
- University graduate or equivalent experience.
- Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Prior experience in finance & accounting functions in a shared services environment.
- Ability to work in culturally diverse teams with many levels of personnel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Very good command of English.
- Good analytical skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems.
