Microsoft is at the forefront of innovation, and as a Cloud Security and Identity Expert, you'll be part of a team that's shaping the future of cloud security and identity management. Our Azure Identity team is dedicated to helping customers protect their identities and assets in the cloud. We're seeking an expert who can help us deliver exceptional support and guidance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex customer issues related to Azure Identity.
  2. Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, including Azure MFA, ADFS, SSO configuration, and Identity Management.
  3. Provide feedback to senior engineers and the product group to drive improvements and address process gaps.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 3+ years of experience in customer-facing support, with a strong focus on cloud security and identity management. You may also have experience supporting large, geographically distributed enterprise environments. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 1+ year of technical support or consulting experience, we encourage you to apply.
