As an HR Business Partner for Talent Solutions, you will play a critical role in supporting our business teams by providing strategic guidance on all aspects of talent management.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in HR Business Partnerships or Generalist roles, with a strong background in people programs and large-scale projects. Proficiency in working with both local and global employee bases is preferred.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing personalized guidance and support on People-related activities
- Troubleshooting process issues and implementing solutions
- Collaborating with People Business Partners on business client needs
- Project managing initiatives to drive extraordinary individual and team performance
- Analyzing people data and trends to provide relevant insights to business leaders
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, including HR colleagues from Inclusion and Diversity, Talent Acquisition, People Systems, and Analytics.
