Job Description

This role requires a strong background in laboratory management, with experience in implementing new technologies and driving transformative change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear vision and strategic plan for transforming laboratories within the CPS network.
  • Lead the implementation of new laboratory automation systems, data management tools, and other innovative technologies.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution of transformation projects.
  • Drive accelerated, transformative change by implementing standardized and risk-based lab testing approaches.
  • Ensure effective implementation of Laboratory Management System (LIMS) and management systems as defined in KORE & EtQ.
  • Laboratory Governance and Standardization: Develop and lead the deployment of new laboratory standards.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting: Develop and implement standardized reporting tools and metrics to manage laboratory performance.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in laboratory management, with a focus on technology implementation and change management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous.

Salary Estimate:$140,000 - $170,000 per year, based on location and experience.
