Equifax is seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for developing and managing projects related to data center decommissions, data analysis, and project planning in technology and infrastructure environments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop strong knowledge of data sources and analyze metrics to create reports and validate relationships, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Create processes for planning, preparing, and refreshing weekly transformation data, optimizing the overall project workflow.
  • Work with alliance partners and stakeholders globally to manage projects, fostering effective collaboration and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Identify critical path issues and report to project sponsors and team, providing expert guidance and recommendations for resolution.
  • Facilitate end-to-end infrastructure decommission and ensure global decommission standards are adhered to, maintaining compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and communicate project measures of success, plans, status, issues, and risks, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.


**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent work experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in IT and project management principles.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management roles in product/agile environments, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
  • 4+ years of experience in technology/infrastructure/cloud environments, preferably with GCP or AWS, showcasing expertise in cloud-based solutions and migration strategies.
  • 1+ years of experience in data analysis and data validation, leveraging data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive project success.
  • English proficiency B2 or above, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with global stakeholders.
