Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate standardization and optimization initiatives, including governance and stakeholder liaison roles.
- Assist stakeholders with conceptual and strategic solutions related to invoicing.
- Host SCO Payables working group meetings and provide feedback on tasks.
- Participate in key projects, programs, and initiatives to support organizational goals.
- Ensure end-to-end processing of non-PO invoices and PO invoices is accurate and timely.
- Resolve PO-related issues with Procurement Operations.
- Foster excellent customer relationships by addressing queries and complaints effectively.
- Maintain invoice compliance with Citigroup policies, procedures, and external requirements.
- Verify accuracy and correctness of invoice elements, including supplier details and tax calculations.
- Support Procure to Pay implementation efforts and future process conversion projects.
- Provide MIS reporting and assist with audit and compliance efforts as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent completed or in progress.
