Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst with expertise in payroll operations to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processes, as well as identifying areas for improvement.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Payroll Operations:
    • Validate personal data for new hires, including ID, employee ID, position, salary, and other relevant details.
    • Assign INS position codes and update them as needed.
    • Request bank accounts for new hires and confirm information with them.
    • Prepare and update materials for the onboarding process.
    • Attend frequent questions from new hires through the payroll shared mailbox.
    • Add sick leave to ADP from CCSS and INS.
    • Add maternity leave to ADP.
    • Track wellbeing days requested by workstream.
    • Add PTO according to Stryker Policy.
    • Extract time-off details from ADP for all CR employees.
    • Attend questions regarding time-off exceptions through the payroll shared mailbox.
  • Fixed Assets/Accounting:
    • Perform physical counts of fixed assets in accordance with corporate and local regulations.
    • Execute periodic controls to ensure the Fixed Assets system is accurate and updated.
    • Coordinate and control fixed asset movements at the office.
    • Coordinate donation, destruction, or recycling of assets respecting FTZ requirements.
    • Manage the local purchase or import processes of Fixed Assets.
    • Capitalize, dispose, or adjust Fixed Assets accounting as required and respecting local and Corporate guidelines.
    • Support internal, external, or government ad-hoc requests or audits related to Fixed Assets.
    • Maintain enough inventory of assets to supply Internal needs.
    • Prepare the reconciliation of all fixed assets and reconciliations of salaries and government institutions.
    • Control and monitor recons for all Balance Sheet accounts to guarantee proper balances are reflected.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll operations or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with ADP and Fixed Assets systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on location and experience.
