About the Role
As a Data and Business Insights Analyst at Stryker Corporation, you will play a key part in uncovering hidden information within data to derive value for inventory services, enhance decision-making, and develop reporting solutions to drive outcomes and economic value.

This position involves creating high-quality data analysis accessible through dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders to design relevant dashboards, and engineering accurate data sets for reports. Additionally, you will support projects aimed at generating efficiencies through data analysis, reporting, and review for metrics, KPIs, research, and data-driven processes.

Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data solutions that meet business needs.
- Prepare and distribute scheduled business reporting and ad-hoc solutions as required.
- Identify and support business needs, recommending solutions that integrate with existing data and technical solutions.
- Effectively communicate and present complex analytics to stakeholders and customers using Power BI-related tools to analyze data and report out results for process improvements.
- Design and implement automated reporting dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across multiple segments of the business, implementing connections to automated data sets.
- Identify actionable insights and suggest recommendations to influence the direction of the business and cross-functional teams.
- Support development and maintenance of internal procedures and documentation that encompass the full life-cycle of data analytics-related activities.

About You
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, or related fields. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.

Key requirements include 2-5 years of experience in data analytics activities, proficiency in business intelligence and analytics platforms such as Power BI and Tableau, knowledge of at least one general programming language (preferably Python or R), familiarity with databases and data warehouses (including MySQL, MS SQL Server), comfort and proficiency in utilizing various technology platforms (like SAP, Oracle, Azure, etc.), and familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and code management/versioning tools like git.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
