Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Cycle Recruiter with expertise in multilingual recruitment to join our team. As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, administering assessments, extending offers, and completing pre-employment checks.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Fluency in both English and French, with the ability to conduct interviews in both languages
- Previous recruiting experience in high-volume recruitment, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
- Strong consulting skills, with the ability to work in a team environment as a leader and member
- A strong client service focus, particularly within the internal context of a global organization
- Experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS (Workday Preferred)
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook and Excel
- Confidence in public speaking
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to those with post-secondary education in Human Resources
- A minimum of six months' experience in an Agent or Administrative position at Bill Gosling Outsourcing or equivalent experience elsewhere
