We are seeking an experienced Billing Supervisor to join our team in the Costa Rica office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to all billing team members, ensuring the timely completion of daily invoicing in Oracle for multiple businesses, and maintaining and managing all invoice databases.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in O2C processes, people management, and technical skills. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interpret written customer contracts and research customer information across systems.

**Responsibilities and Expectations:**

  • Provide guidance and support to all billing team members
  • Ensure the timely completion of daily invoicing in Oracle for multiple businesses
  • Maintain and manage all invoice databases
  • Perform and process billing adjustments and manual billing requests in accordance with company policies and procedures
