Job Summary
The Organizational Effectiveness Coordinator role at Gensler involves optimizing the learning management system (LMS) for tracking learning hours, skills gaps, and needs.
This role also involves engaging with local learning providers/vendors to bring in external expertise and function as a coach on learning and talent development needs within the team's services.
- Prioritize tasks, take ownership, show initiative, and follow through.
- Experienced training facilitator with expertise in leadership and soft skills.
- Passionate about learning and coaching, with a track record in building and facilitating learning programs.
Responsibilities
- Optimize the LMS for tracking learning hours, skills gaps, and needs.
- Engage with local learning providers/vendors to bring in external expertise.
- Function as a coach on learning and talent development needs within the team's services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or related field.
- 4+ years of talent development, L&D, or HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced professional services or consulting industry.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
