Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for researching and identifying potential talent pools, developing effective sourcing strategies, and consulting with hiring managers to ensure the best candidates are selected for open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Language Proficiency: English language proficiency at B2+ level.
    • Experience:
      • Sourcing and Recruiting Experience: 5 years of direct sourcing and recruiting experience for the US Marketplace.
      • Recruiting Experience: 3 years of experience recruiting mid-to-senior-level roles.
      • ATS Experience: Experience using an applicant tracking system (Workday preferred).
      • Behavioral Interviewing Experience: Experience with behavioral interviewing.
      • Consulting Experience: Experience consulting with and influencing hiring managers.
