Job Description

This role is focused on cultivating relationships with Executive Search Leads, Integration Leads, and other supporting functions. You will leverage these relationships to solve problems, meet objectives, and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Naturally build relationships and understand the necessity of cultivating these relationships.
  • Work closely with IBM Legal, Export Regulations, and Executive Compensation teams.
  • Team with the Executive Search Lead in a flexible work environment.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Recruitment/Human Resources.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Applicant Tracking System/CRM/HRIS.
