We are currently undertaking a search for experienced Cisco Unified Communications Senior Engineers to provide design, deployment, and delivery support of our Cisco UCCE Contact Center services and Webex CCE solutions.
This is an excellent career opportunity for someone with prior voice and data engineering experience who wants to develop and grow their skills in Cisco Contact Center solutions in a consultative, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project team member involved in the design and deployment of full life-cycle Cisco contact center project integrations including call center workflows
- Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex voice and data network issues under the direction of the Lead Solution Architect
- Work and collaborate with project teams consisting of TTEC Professional Services staff, client resources, contract resources, and 3rd party vendors
- Provide consistent and frequent project status updates and project issues to assigned TTEC Project Manager
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years designing, deploying, installing, and configuring complex Cisco UC solutions with Cisco Unified Call Manager clusters, and Cisco Unity Voice Mail
- Experience with multi-site contact center systems integration with ACD and IVR solutions, with Cisco UCCE preferred
- SIP voice protocol configuration experience is a must
- Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting Voice Gateways
- Prior experience deploying and administering routers, switches, TACACS, and LAN/WAN (HSRP, QoS, VLANs, Bandwidth modeling) and CUBE
- Prior experience deploying Expressway, IM&P, and CER
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Prior support experience of the UCCE environment including ACD, PG, IVR PG, IPCC, and CVP is a plus
- CCVP or CCNP is a plus
- Working understanding of VOSS and CUCDM is a plus
