Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to senior team members
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions to inform future engagement strategies
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • A high school education and relevant experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in both English and French
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
