The Role

You will be part of the Non-Payment Claims team. As a specialist in customer care, you will perform investigations on Non-Payment Claims to provide resolutions to customers within 20 days.

You will need at least 1-2 years' experience of investigation process flow with sensitive timeframes. A sense of urgency and detailed-oriented skills are a must since you will be working with international regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Methodical, detailed and organized.
  • Responsibility to work autonomously.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Procedure-oriented, customer-oriented and quality-oriented.
  • Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and deadlines.
  • English skills (B2+).
  • Adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring documentation integrity.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel is a plus.
  • Experience in shared services is a plus.
