As an Oxygen Pipeline Support Director, you will oversee the Oxygen Support Team, ensuring efficient customer satisfaction and team leadership. You will manage the ticket queue, implement or improve customer support policies, and support production Oxygen pipelines and new adoptions.
This role requires strong analytical skills to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions. Experience/knowledge on data engineering/ETL development working with data at scale is required, along with a degree in computer science or related field.
You will report issues and risks to the Support Team Leader and Program Manager on a regular basis. Building performance metrics for the Support Team is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Oxygen Support Team to ensure efficient customer satisfaction and team leadership
- Manage the ticket queue and implement or improve customer support policies
- Support production Oxygen pipelines and new adoptions
- Report issues and risks to the Support Team Leader and Program Manager
