The successful candidate will report to the Senior Operation/Commercial Manager and have 1-2 direct reports with geographic scope in the US.
Job Description:
The Financial Leader will be responsible for leading the pipeline development team, ensuring the execution of SOX controls, and guaranteeing financial statement lines.
They will also support monthly review meetings, engage with stakeholders, and lead the simplification and automation of processes.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of finance/analytics and demonstrated commercial acumen.
- Ability to make quick decisions, use good judgment, and ask relevant questions.
- High sense of urgency and work ethic.
- Must demonstrate financial responsibility and reliability.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
- Fluent in English - Advanced level.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related area.
