We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Selection Specialist to join our team at IBM Corporate Headquarters (CHQ). As a member of this dynamic team, you will play a critical role in sourcing and hiring top talent for various functions such as marketing, finance, legal, operations, and HR.
About the Role:
- You will utilize online sourcing techniques to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Build relationships and consult with different levels of stakeholders and Hiring Managers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
- Work collaboratively with a team and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience using online sourcing techniques.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and proficiency in Excel is required.
- Candidates with HR or recruiting experience, Agile, Digital Eminence, and industry knowledge will be preferred.
