About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for an experienced technical professional to join our organization and make a significant impact on our hiring tools. As a Senior Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of support engineers who provide production ticket support, maintain multiple products and services, and handle ad-hoc operational asks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical operations, experience managing small to medium-sized teams, and a proven track record of implementing performance goals and evaluating against pre-set objectives. Additionally, they will possess excellent time-management skills, the ability to work independently, and a solid understanding of departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
You will play a key role in developing tools and best practices to improve existing systems and troubleshooting processes. Your focus will be on improving quality and productivity through automation, while also identifying improvement opportunities for documentation and training for recruiting teams and other users.
Key Responsibilities- Serves as a leader to present insights on WBR/MBR and other leadership meeting/reviews
- Implements performance goals, monitors and evaluates against pre-set goals implementing action plans to resolve performance barriers as needed.
- Providing inputs on root causes by analyzing the volume patterns
- Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures
- Identify improvement opportunities for documentation and training for recruiting teams and other users.
- Partner closely with global recruiting teams to develop scalable, efficient system solutions to improve user experience.
- Monitor metrics, analyze data and partner with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
