Job Title: Employee Admin Specialist

About the Role:

British American Tobacco is seeking a highly skilled Employee Admin Specialist to join our team in Heredia. As a key member of our Human Resources organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of employee data in our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out high-level data administration on a daily basis within the HR systems environment.
  • Ensure master data accuracy for payroll payments.
  • Follow processes in accordance with BAT standards.
  • Solve master data issues and complete master data changes as needed to meet business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of creation and changes to master records to align with audit requirements.
  • Understand the effects of master data settings on system performance to ensure processes work and meet customer needs.
  • Process client matters with high-quality service.
  • Ensure accurate internal control processes by month and document for audit purposes.

Requirements:

  • Student or University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 1 or more years of experience in similar roles.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork, proactive, open to feedback.
