We are seeking a highly skilled Accessibility Solutions Specialist to join our team at FullStack Labs. As an employee-first company, we focus on hiring talented software designers and developers in the western hemisphere, creating a positive, respectful, and supportive work environment where they can achieve their greatest potential.
Our ideal candidate will have 4+ years of professional front-end development experience, advanced English, and meaningful experience working as an Accessibility Engineer. They will have in-depth knowledge of accessibility guidelines and standards, including WCAG 2.1, ARIA, and other relevant accessibility specifications.
The successful candidate will work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:
Team Augmentation: They will integrate themselves directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
Design & Build: They will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
