We are currently seeking a talented editor/animator with a strong background in live-action video editing, motion graphics, audio mixing, color grading, and compositing.

The ideal candidate will possess a vibrant energy, a keen understanding of diverse storytelling techniques using 2D motion graphics, character animation, or live-action footage, and the ability to create captivating and emotionally resonant content with a creative touch.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, and producers, necessitating a comfort level in high-pressure environments and exceptional organizational skills to deliver top-notch video content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively with a team of editors, animators, and producers, sharing your comprehensive understanding of the post-production process.
  • Maintain a proficient level of spoken and written English to communicate ideas and concepts with clients, creative directors, and team members.
  • Exhibit strong skills in After Effects and a solid understanding of Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator as they pertain to video post-production.
  • Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, Fusion, Flame, and/or DaVinci Resolve is advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications:
  • A background in a professional post-production setting.
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere.
  • A strong grasp of workflows and file management, especially in After Effects.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to develop initial concepts and collaborate with creative and art directors.
  • Stay updated on innovative production techniques and practices.
  • Understand the processes and procedures of account and creative teams, interacting appropriately with all involved.
  • Uphold high-quality standards in servicing both account and creative teams, ultimately benefiting the client.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:
  • Technical competency in relevant software.
  • Ability to optimize group resources, including equipment and personnel.
  • Experience in character illustration or design.
  • Familiarity with 2D animation and character animation.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of sound design using Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or Logic Pro X.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of color correction using After Effects, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar 3D tools.
  • Knowledge of VFX and compositing using After Effects, Fusion, Flame, or similar software.
