**Job Description**
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering solutions for Pfizer's Global Business Service's deployment of ServiceNow, known as Fuse. You will work closely with various Digital and GBS Business Owners to help define and communicate as-is and to-be business processes within the ServiceNow HRSD module.
**Responsibilities Include**
- Developing project and iteration timelines based on business requests.
- Providing direction and guidance to the Fuse Business Analysts supporting various Fuse Product squads.
- Translating business requirements into acceptance criteria for user stories.
- Supporting the design and development of Fuse GBS and PX solutions.
- Developing and organizing User Stories that contribute to backlog planning for Agile projects.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, or an affiliated field.
- 5-7 years of experience designing and implementing custom or SaaS solutions.
- Working experience with Agile development methodology.
- Knowledge of corporate enterprise systems.
