Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Learning Solutions Coordinator - Deployment Specialist to join our Learning & Development Operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating the deployment and delivery of learning solutions globally, ensuring quality, scalability, and consistency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with L&D Operational Leads and Solution owners to establish requirements for program/solution rollouts.
- Provide coordination and execution support for the deployment and delivery of learning solutions/initiatives globally.
- Support regional learning calendars and resources needed to execute programs, including facilitator availability and budget.
- Analyze data to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of related learning coordination experience.
- Proficient with Learning Technologies (LMS, LXP, LinkedIn Learning).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Virtual hosting capabilities (Zoom, MS Teams, etc).
