The Analytics Analyst will work as part of a team that delivers high-quality reporting and analytical solutions for Experian Health Clients. Their core responsibilities will include setting up new implementations, monitoring systems, and making changes to existing solutions. They will have an opportunity to work with many products' data vital to the US healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities- Publishing client reports using admin tools
- Setting up and supporting client user implementations
- Monitoring alerts and escalating high-priority issues
- Ensuring accurate client and user setups with attention to detail
- Handling customer support cases with Support and Relationship Managers
- Communicating ideas and analyzing results effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline
- 1+ years of experience
- English proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas and analysis results effectively
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word
- Experience developing transact SQL (MSSQL, Oracle, Impala, Hive, Postgres)
- Knowledge of BI reporting systems such as Tableau
