Compliance Customer Success Representative

We're looking for a Compliance Customer Success Representative to join our team at Syniverse. As a customer-facing professional, you will support our professional services for 10 DLC customers and help them understand and implement best practices to reduce spam complaints.
**Job Description**
The Customer Success Advocate is responsible for managing campaign vetting administration and problem analysis/resolution. This involves working closely with the customer success team to bring mobile programs to life for some of the world's largest enterprises.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Be the point of contact for customers on 10 DLC best practices and compliance
- Advise customers on the reasons behind campaign rejections to improve future campaigns
- Manage intake and approval for T-Mobile Special Business Reviews (SBR)
- Contribute to the success of the customer management team by learning 10 DLC and short code compliance, and reporting metrics back to leadership and customers
- Establish trusted partnerships with assigned clients and drive value through our products
- Work closely with customers to understand their measures of success and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor success KPIs and report on each assigned client
- Process compliance/vetting and SBR special requests from initial customer request to customer billing
**Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or customer service
- Detail-oriented with prior customer compliance experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills
- Analytical and problem resolution skills
- Effective business writing skills
