This role is responsible for providing level 1 trouble isolation and repair for all Syniverse Global Networks, Products, Platforms, and Services. As a key member of the Network Operations Center (NOC) team, you will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and connectivity.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, using your knowledge of networking and application protocols.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve incidents and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Document and maintain accurate records of troubleshooting efforts and outcomes.
- Participate in shift reports and contribute to process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of the NOC.
