We're looking for a seasoned Client Computing Administrator and Support Expert to join our Client Engineering team at Smartsheet. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administration, maintenance, and support of various on-prem and SaaS platforms to administer and manage client devices via Intune, JAMF, and MECM/SCCM.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing Linux workstations (Ubuntu, Centos, Manjaro) and scripting solutions using Powershell and Shell. You should also be able to work autonomously, plan, organize, schedule and implement multiple projects simultaneously.
As a Client Computing Administrator and Support Expert, you will participate in the evaluation and monitoring of usage to ensure capacity is meeting growth requirements and provide escalated systems support for tier 1 and tier 2 escalations, problem resolution, and mentoring across the Corporate IT team.
