**Transforming Financial Operations with Excellence**

At British American Tobacco, we're seeking an experienced Order to Cash Analyst to join our finance team in Heredia, Costa Rica.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to work in high-pressure environments and meet deadlines. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics or related fields is required, along with 2+ years of experience in OTC processes.

The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial information to internal teams and customers. Key responsibilities include developing strong working relationships with End Market (EM) and internal teams, integrating with project resources and leadership, and continually supervising adherence to internal controls and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily credit management process activities are performed on time and with accuracy.
  • Develop strong working relationships with End Market (EM) and internal teams.
  • Effectively integrate with project resources and leadership, collaborating with participants to lead meetings and facilitate working sessions.
  • Continually supervise and assess adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure good results with Internal/External audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in OTC Processes.
  • English - at least B2+
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.
