About the role:
As a Technical Service Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Incident management: promptly resolving single incidents and escalating complex issues as needed
- Problem management: proactively identifying and addressing potential problems to prevent them from occurring
- Change management: independently reviewing, implementing, and verifying changes to ensure they meet customer needs
- Configuration management: overseeing configuration management processes to improve efficiencies
- Quality assurance: providing feedback and influencing change in internal and vendor-provided products and services
- Project management: participating in customer and internal projects across technology and business areas
- Contract knowledge: demonstrating comprehensive understanding of contract obligations and providing guidance to others
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Service Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Typically 2+ years of relevant experience
- ITIL Intermediate level certification
- Knowledge of ISO20000
