About the role:

As a Technical Service Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Incident management: promptly resolving single incidents and escalating complex issues as needed
  • Problem management: proactively identifying and addressing potential problems to prevent them from occurring
  • Change management: independently reviewing, implementing, and verifying changes to ensure they meet customer needs
  • Configuration management: overseeing configuration management processes to improve efficiencies
  • Quality assurance: providing feedback and influencing change in internal and vendor-provided products and services
  • Project management: participating in customer and internal projects across technology and business areas
  • Contract knowledge: demonstrating comprehensive understanding of contract obligations and providing guidance to others

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Service Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Typically 2+ years of relevant experience
  • ITIL Intermediate level certification
  • Knowledge of ISO20000
