Financial Shared Services Manager

As a key member of Te Connectivity's Finance team, you will play a critical role in the planning, management, and delivery of Invoicing, Payment Processing, Vendor, and Travel Expense processes.
This position will report to the S2P Process Delivery Lead and be responsible for leading teams in the Americas region. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing cross-functional teams
- Ensuring quality and efficiency of work produced
- Holding regular meetings, coaching, and mentoring team members
- Developing and maintaining scorecards and KPIs to manage departmental performance
- Appropriately managing and escalating issues with service delivery
- Performing regular performance evaluations of staff members
**Requirements:**
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a financial shared service center supporting multiple countries / business units
- Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Prior experience in managing S2P functions in a shared services environment
- Deep understanding of end-to-end S2P processes and associated technology platforms
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong accounting background
- Excellent analytical skill
- Ability to identify and resolve problems
